Madsen Homes started in the middle of the pandemic of 2020. While the business is young, our experience is vast. Jeff Madsen is the principle of the business and has taken experience over the past 15 years in the home building industry and applied it to creating his own home building business. He served 7 years on the board of directors with Southern Utah Home Builders Association including a term as the President of the association and Southern Utah Parade of Homes.  Adding onto Jeff’s experience is an amazing team of highly skilled foreman and craftsman.
